Our existing Lifetime Mortgage customers will not be affected by this decision and we will continue to honour the existing Terms & Conditions and deliver the high level of service that they have become used to.

From Wednesday 10th March, all products will no longer be available via our KFI generator.

Applications

Applications based on KFIs generated before this date, must be received by close of business on Wednesday 7th April. Applications must include a cheque to cover the application fee.

Offers

Normally, Offers made by Stonehaven are valid for 3 months, however we are extending this deadline to 6 months from the valuation date.
