1. Registration

In order to register with us, you will need to:

1.1 Complete the online presentation

This will take you through information about Stonehaven, all of our products and how to do business with us. In order to do business with us and to generate a KFI for any of our lump sum options, you will need to complete topics one to eight. These need to be completed by all advisers before they register with us. If you would like to generate a KFI for any of our other products, please complete either one or all of the relevant topics.

Please note: There is a voice-over to help you through the presentation. However, if you cannot hear the voice, the script is also visible at the bottom of each presentation.

1.2 Complete the firm registration form

Here you will be asked a series of questions, including confirmation that you and all registered advisers have completed the online presentation. Ensure this is signed on behalf of the firm and either faxed or mailed to us at the below fax number or address.

1.3 Terms of Business

If you are directly authorised:

Before sending the registration form in, phone us on 0800 068 0212 and we will either fax or email you the Terms of Business for you to sign and return with the registration form.

If you are an authorised representative of a network, or a registered individual:

You do not need to complete the Terms of Business form. Once we have received your firm registration form, we will then check to see if your network has a terms of business contract in place with us. If we do, we will get you registered straight away. If we don't have a terms of business contract in place, we will contact you and get the details of the network you are with and arrange for the terms of business contract to be put in place.

1.4 Once registered, you will be emailed your log-in details and a temporary password.

This password must be changed to one of your choice the first time you log-in. These details allow you full access to our KFI generator.
