Offer Letters

From offer letter to completion

• An Offer letter will be sent directly to your client and our solicitors. An email will be sent to you saying the Offer Letter has been issued and that you can log onto our website to download a copy.
• If your client is happy to accept the Offer and has had independent legal advice, they will be required to sign the legal charge and the SHIP certificate.
• Once we have received all the legal documentation, we will release the funds to your clients solicitor.

You will receive confirmation once the mortgage has completed.
