Offer Letters

From offer letter to completion

An Offer letter will be sent directly to your client and our solicitors. A copy of the Offer letter will be emailed to you for information.
If your client is happy to accept the Offer and has had independent legal advice, they will be required to sign the legal charge and the SHIP certificate.
Once we have received all the legal documentation, we will release the funds to your clients solicitor (or direct to your clients bank account if they have requested the Regular Cash Release product).

You will receive confirmation once the mortgage has completed.
