We’ve increased our maximum loan size and maximum property value in London and the South East
From Monday 5th December, we’re making the following changes for properties in Greater London and the South East:
- We’re increasing the maximum loan amount to £750,000
- We’re increasing the maximum property value on which we will lend to £4million.
