Stonehaven are delighted to announce the launch of Interest Select. The only product in the market where your client can pay part or all of the interest.

How does it work?

• Like our previous Interest Only product, your client will receive a lump sum (min £20,000)
• The maximum amount your client can borrow will depend on the LTV’s and the interest rates they will pay.
• Your client can select how much interest they want to pay (min £25 per month) and for how long they want to make the payments.
• If your client elects to pay less than 100% of the interest, the loan is effectively split into two parts;
* The Interest payment part
* The Interest roll-up part
