Stonehaven are delighted to invite advisers to a series of roadshows, aimed at raising awareness of our Interest Select products.

The roadshows will demonstrate how this product can increase overall sales, as well as providing all the details that you need to know about the product and its benefits.

Lifetime Mortgages are becoming an increasingly popular way for homeowners over the age of 55 to release cash from their property. However, some homeowners worry that taking out a roll-up Lifetime Mortgage means that the size of the loan increases as interest on the initial loan accumulates over time.

The Stonehaven Interest Select Lifetime Mortgage has been designed to address these concerns by offering the homeowner the opportunity to pay some or all of the interest on the loan.
