Stonehaven’s Roadshows come to Scotland

Mike, our Head of Sales, and Bob, our regional BDM, will be visiting Edinburgh on Thursday 26th April and Glasgow on Friday 27th April. They will be delivering two bespoke seminars for those advising on Lifetime Mortgages for Scottish properties.

As well as giving you an insight into Stonehaven as a Lender, Mike and Bob will focus on our Interest Select products and how to optimise on market opportunities.

We’re thrilled to announce our launch in Scotland

Following on from the feedback received from IFAs and the strong and sustained demand for our products, we’re excited to announce our launch in Scotland.

Our full range of products will be available in Scotland from 19th April 2012. Stonehaven Managing Director Georgina Smith says: “This is a natural extension of our existing business strategy. We are fortunate to have the support of a number of intermediary firms who have been pushing us to enter this territory for some time, due to strong local consumer demand for lifetime mortgages, especially those where you can pay the interest.”

To support the launch of Stonehaven in Scotland, we are delivering two bespoke seminars for those advising on Lifetime Mortgages for Scottish properties. Interest Select roadshows

Sadly we’ve come to the end of our current set of roadshows. We’d like to thank you if you managed to come along to one and hope you found them useful. We were really pleased with them but if you’d like to give us any feedback or make a suggestion for our next set, please feel free to email us at support@stonehaven-uk.com.

We’re busy planning the next set of roadshows and we’ll update the website as soon as we’ve decided on the next set of dates and locations. If you missed us last time, or would like to attend another seminar, please let us know and we’ll try and make sure we visit your area.

We're reducing our interest rates

We are delighted to announce that with effect from Monday 13th February we will be reducing the interest rates on our Lifetime Mortgages.

Our new monthly interest rates will be:

Lump Sum Lite 5.89%
Lump Sum 5.98%

Interest Select Lite 6.08%
Interest Select 6.17%
Interest Select Plus 6.46%
Interest Select Max 7.10%

Our new rates will be live on our website and KFI Generator from Monday 13th February.

Any applications submitted to us on or after Monday 13th February will automatically be processed on the new rates, regardless of when the KFI was created.
